SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Due to Brexit, orders from the EU will be charged import taxes upon entering your country. Unfortunately we are unable to estimate the costs of taxes as this differs between country.

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.We ship from the UK so please check if you will be charged customs if you do not wish to pay these before ordering with us. If you refuse a shipment from BIGFOOTBRACE LTD, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, and any import fees that may occur on the package.
